https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=420855091320628&set=a.419235288149275.93750.182251701847636&type=1&ref=nf#!/ACALLforAnimalRightsThailandhttp://album.sanook.com/files/2407082http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTQJ8lBaHCA&feature=plcp วันที่ 12.11.55 นายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ อายุ 65 ปี ชาวเยอรมันที่อาศัยในจ.ชลบุรี ประเทศไทย กระทำการกระหน่ำแทงสุนัขพันธุ์โกลเด้นรีทีฟเวอร์ ชื่อ คิวๆ ของครอบครัวน้องเนเน่ ถึง 17แผล ต่อหน้าเจ้าของที่ลงไปกราบไหว้ขอชีวิต และเพื่อนบ้านมากมาย โดยอ้างว่าคิวๆไปทำร้ายตัวเองและสุนัขของเค้า (พันธุ์ร๊อตไวเลอร์) เนื่องจากประเทศไทยไม่มีพรบ.คุ้มครองสัตว์ นายเกร็ทจึงถูกปรับแค่ 1000 บาท แต่เมื่อข่าวเงียบไปวันที่ 11.1...2.55 นายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ หลังจากแทงสุนัขตายอย่าโหดเหี้ยม กลับให้ทนายส่งหมายจะเรียกฟ้องค่าเสียหาย 300,000 บาท ไม่เพียงนั้น วันที่ 18.12.55 ศาลนัดไต่สวนคดีเสียทรัพย์ที่นายเกร็ทควรต้องจ่ายให้บ้านคิวๆ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นคือ นายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟกลับเปลี่ยนคำให้การ "ปฎิเสธทุกข้อกล่าวหา"
เราได้มีการไปถึงพื้นที่และได้พูดคุยกับเพื่อนบ้าน คิวคิวอายุ 2 ปีกว่า เจ้าของเลี้ยงดูอย่างดีนอนในบ้านเป็นสุนัขตัวเดียวเปรียบเสมือนครอบครัว ทุกวันสุนัขในหมู่บ้านจะออกมาเล่นกันตามปรกติ ไม่เคยกัดคนในสัตว์อื่น แต่แล้วเมื่อนาย เกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ ย้ายเข้ามา เพียงไม่กี่เดือน กลับกล่าวหาว่าคิวๆมีนิสัยดุร้าย และ เจ้าของไม่รับผิดชอบ ทั้งๆที่เราได้ถามเพื่อนบ้านหลายคน รวมถึงเพื่อนบ้านที่เป็นคนชาวเยอรมันเช่นกัน ยืนยันว่า คิวๆเป็นมิตรทั้งกับคนและสัตว์ ทั้งยังเห็นนายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟมักชอบเอาไม้ตี และชกคิวๆอยู่หลายครั้ง พร้อมกล่าวว่านายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟไม่ปรกติ และแล้ว เดือนที่หกของการมาอยู่ นายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ ก็กระหน่ำแทงคิวๆจนตายต่อหน้าทุกคน
A CALL for Animal Rights Thailand พร้อมกลุ่มคนรักสัตว์ ขอประนามการกระทำของ นายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ และ ต้องการแสดงออกeว่า เราไม่พอใจในการกระทำของนายเกร็ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ อันเป็นบุคคลที่อาจมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ไม่มีจิตสำนึก และเป็นบุคคลอันตรายต่อสังคม
เราจึงขอให้สถานฑูตเยอรมัน และหน่วยงานรัฐบาลไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง
1. ขอความร่วมมือให้สถานฑูตส่งจดหมายตักเตือน เพราะเรื่องนี้เป็น เรื่องอุกอาจจ์ และสะเทือนขวัญต่อจิตในคนไทยเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
2. ขอให้สถานฑูตเยอรมัน และหน่วยงานรัฐบาลไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง แนะนำให้นายเกร๊ท อัลเฟรด เกรเฟ ไปตรวจสุขภาพจิต เพราะถือเป็นบุคคลอันตรายของสังคม
3. ทวงถามความยุติธรรมจากกฏหมายไทย บุคคลนี้ฆ่าสัตว์เลี้ยงของคนอื่นตายอย่างอำมหิต ยังคิดเรียกเงินจากเจ้าของเป็นแสนๆ เป็นบุคคลอันตราย หน่วยงานรัฐบาลไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องควรยื่นมือเข้าช่วยเหลือ และจัดการ
4. ให้เป็นกรณีตัวอย่างว่า ประเทศไทยควรรีบออกพรบ.คุ้มครองสัตว์ ที่มีบทลงโทษที่หนัก และครอบคลุม เพื่อให้เป็นที่เกรงกลัวต่อผู้ที่กระทำการทารุณกรรมสัตว์ดูเพิ่มเติม
On Nov,12, A 65 years old German guy living in Chonburi, Thailand named Mr. Gert Alfred Grewe owned a male Rottweiler. His dog and a Golden Retriever, QQ, a neighbor's dog had a fight last month. After that day, he always walked his dog with a knife or gun. On Nov 12th, this German guy insanely stabbed the Golden retriever to death in front of its owner and madly swang his knife around so no one c...ould help the dog and had to watch their dog die miserably with 17 stabbed wounds.
Sadly, Thailand has not had animal protection law yet. He was only fined for 1,000 Baht [30 USD] for this crime!!! All villagers said after the incident, this guy still did everything like nothing had happened and seemed satisfied. Everday, he will walk his dog and smile at QQ's family. Plus, when the news was faded, on Dec 11, Mr. Gert Alfred Grewe had his attorney send a notice to QQ's family that they had to pay him for his injury for 300,000 baht. On Dec 18, Mr. Gert Alfred Grewe denied all charges
We interviewed the villagers. All of them said QQ was a nice dog. Even a nice German guy staying beside Gert Alfred Grewe's house witnessed Mr.Gert Alfred Grewe had abused QQ thoroughly by a stick and confirmed us that QQ was a nice dog to both people and other pets.
QQ was 2 years old and lived in this village with others happily. Everyday the owners who had dogs would let them out to play together until Gert Alfred Grewe's family moved in. Only 5-6 months, he finally insanely murdered the beloved dog of all villagers, blamed QQ's owner that was irresponsible and blamed the dog that this dog was ferocious!! Was it make any sense??
A CALL for Animal Rights Thailand and all animal lovers condemn his act. We are going against his behaviour which shows us that he is mentally ill, dangerous to his community, has no regret of killing other's family and he may harm people one day.
We request the Embassy of Germany in Thailand and Thai authorities
1. A cooperation from the Embassy of Germany in Thailand to deliver a warning letter to Mr.Gert Alfred Grewe as his crime absolutely frightened Thai people's feeling.
2. A cooperation from the Embassy of Germany in Thailand and Thai authorities to urge Mr.Gert Alfred Grewe to have his mentality checked.
3. Ask for a proper justice from Thai authorities. This man brutally killed one's family member and even sent a notice to sue the victim for a large amount of money. He is totally a dangerous person. Thai authorities should take action and offer acceptable justice.
4. This case obviously shows that Thai government has to hurriedly legislate Animal Protection Law with strong penalty in order to make people be afraid of the law and not dare abuse animals in Thailand
