2. วิชาหลัก 5 วิชา ต้องได้เกรดไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ชีวะ เคมี คณิตศาสตร์ ภาษาอังกฤษ ฟิสิกส์
3. เนื่องจากเรียนภาค ภาษาอังกฤษ หากมิให้เกิดปัญหาการเรียน ควรจะ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
4. อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
เอกสาร ที่ใช้ประกอบการสมัคร1. สำเนาใบรับรองผลการเรียนฉบับภาษาอังกฤษในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตอนปลายที่มีตราประทับจากโรงเรียนที่สำเร็จการศึกษา กรณีจบการศึกษาจากสถานศึกษาในต่างประเทศ นักเรียนควรยื่นสำเนาใบรายงานผล “A” Level หรือ “O” Level ที่มีตราประทับจาก British Council
2. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง ที่มีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี (ก่อนวันเปิดเรียนและวันหมดอายุ)
3. แบบ ฟอร์มของมหาวิทยาลัยที่นักเรียนต้องการเข้าศึกษาต่อที่กรอกข้อความครบถ้วน สมบูรณ์
