So, i was reading something about how some face washes actually cause you to have more acne by reduceing to much oil, and your skin feels the need to restore it so it makes even more oil, or something like that...and some just dry up your skin. So im gonna use light face washes only and then i wanna just eat foods that will keep my skin healthy. Is there any foods that are especailly good for your skin? Because the only thing the article said was green tea and to stay away from greasy foods. but besides the greasy food part, i hate green tea.
