What do we look for:
1. Thai staff
2. Can speak at least a little bit English
3. Prefer to have at least Bachelor in IT; not 100% required
4. Prefer to have: Experience in IT work; not 100% required
5. Prefer to have experience with ERP; not 100% required
6. Required: Can understand easy what customer IT requirement is
7. Required: Can analyze customer requirement
8. Required: Can use MS Office very good
9. Required: Good personality, honest, loyal, can listen good, works as a knowledge worker (not a routine worker), can work anytime
10. Required: Can write Thai very good. Need to write many project documents
11. Required: Is able to explain to customer - end user how our ERP system works
12. We work with OpenERP (soon it is SME ERP)
13. Can work in Bangkok
14. Looks good and have a positive mind
15. Have a CAN-DO mentality
16. Does NOT tell lies (always tell the truth)
17. Age 20 up; Man or Woman
We provide:
1. Good salary; this is 20 - 50% more than normal required minimum salary
2. Travel costs are compensated

4. Bonus if working on a customer project for which we get paid
